Terms & Conditions
Please read these service operational parameters carefully before booking. Your confirmed reservation constitutes legal acceptance of these terms.
1. Booking Validation & Payment Clearance
Submitting an online registration form does not construct an immediate contractual reservation slot. A booking is explicitly deemed validated only when our dispatch handlers process asset availability coordinates and issue a formal invoice receipt link.
All physical credit payments or digital wire settlement tracks must clear within the payment buffer windows specified on the transaction manifest. If physical US Dollar (USD) banknotes are leveraged for processing on arrival, local regulations require bills to be completely unmarred, untorn, and stamped with an issue date of the year 2013 or newer.
2. Excursion & Private Transfer Modifications
Zanzibar island day excursions (e.g., Safari Blue, Stone Town historic trails, Spice plantations) along with point-to-point land transfer vehicles can be modified, adjusted, or fully cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure without penalty.
Cancellations filed less than 24 hours out from the execution target time frame are entirely non-refundable due to pre-cleared marine park allocations and dedicated driver dispatch routing configurations.
3. Mainland Wilderness Safari Rigid Parameters
Unlike island transfers, mainland Tanzanian wilderness itineraries are subject to third-party structural supplier terms that are entirely unyielding. Air transit tokens booked with regional carriers (such as Coastal Aviation or Auric Air) along with high-demand lodge room allocations are secured instantly upon reservation clearance.
- Cancellations finalized more than 45 days out incur a 20% platform administrative fee asset penalty.
- Cancellations landing between 44 to 15 days out face a 50% non-recovery default rate.
- Cancellations dropping 14 days or fewer before the tracking start date are strictly 100% non-refundable.
4. Weather Disruptions & Marine Safety
Our marine safety marshals and the Zanzibar Maritime Authority (ZMA) maintain unilateral veto control over high-output open ocean ventures, including 1100cc Yamaha Waverunner rentals and deep-reef snorkeling routes at Mnemba Atoll. If sea rough-parameters are deemed unsafe for guest transfer arrays, we will offer alternative operational windows or execute a full refund sequence for that precise activity block.
5. Flight Delays & Vehicle Standby Rules
Private terminal pickup assets track flight metrics in real time via regional radar infrastructure. Flight adjustments do not trigger standby penalisations. However, if a traveler experiences self-imposed terminal logistics delays exceeding 90 minutes from flight touchdown without signaling our remote control line, the vehicle asset reserves the right to execute exit routing, and the service will be classified as a passenger no-show.
6. Limitation of Liability & Medical Clearances
Participation in open-water motorized sports or wildlife tracking safaris carries an inherent element of environmental risk. It is the passenger's duty to secure comprehensive international travel medical safety coverage before arrival.
Our operational nexus provides certified protection assets (flotation vests, safety roll-cages, and baseline transport coverage) but denies liability for property loss, physical illness, or wildlife force majeure dynamics occurring outside our immediate vector lines of control.
